Farrah Fawcett is home for the holiday.

The 62-year-old Charlie's Angels star was discharged Thursday afternoon from a Los Angeles area hospital, where she was being treated for internal bleeding following an alternative cancer procedure.

"She's walking and in great spirits and looking forward to celebrating Easter at home," her doctor, Lawrence Piro, told People. "Her home has been stocked with her favorite teas and food, and she's looking forward to enjoying them."

Fawcett had been hospitalized since April 2 for a hematoma in one of the muscles in her abdominal wall, a condition the doctor previously told E! News was not directly connected to the colorectal cancer she was first diagnosed with in 2006 that has since recurred and spread to her liver.

Rather, the blood clot resulted from what he described as "a small procedure" the '70s pinup had done at a clinic in Germany. The hemorrhaging started during the nine-hour flight back to L.A.

"The pain from the hematoma has improved tremendously," Piro said, adding that Fawcett was escorted home by her longtime love, Ryan O'Neal.

Fawcett's camp has also been trying to play down tabloid reports that her condition is grave.

Her friend and producer Craig Nevius released a statement to fans earlier this week, saying, "There is hope."
