Samantha Ronson: "No Truth" to Restraining Order Talk

Loading...

Mum's the word for Samantha Ronson.

But while she had nothing to say about her and Lindsay Lohan's breakup, the seemingly single DJ more or less told E! News she doesn't plan to file a restraining order against her ex.

"No truth to that," she told our camera crew outside her Los Angeles home.

Pet bulldog in tow, Ronson then passed through her front gate, offering a "you're welcome" when the crew thanked her for her time.

Beverly Hills police confirmed that Ronson's mom and sister Charlotte visited the station to ask about obtaining a restraining order against Lohan, but no papers were ever filed, and a lawyer for Sam said yesterday that his client had no intention of doing so.

According to a source, members of Sam's family specifically asked Lohan not to show up at a party they threw last Friday to fete Charlotte's I Heart Ronson clothing line.
