So prosecutors didn't think they could charge him.

The Los Angeles district attorney's office said Tuesday that there is not enough evidence at this time to pursue sexual-assault charges against So You Think You Can Dance choreographer Alex Da Silva.

The salsa specialist was arrested Saturday after four of his female students alleged he lured them to one of his homes and assaulted them. Da Silva, who had been in custody in lieu of $3.8 million bail, is expected to be released from jail sometime today.

L.A. police need to investigate further before charges can be filed, according to a district attorney spokeswoman, who also said that several new alleged victims have come forward but have yet to be interviewed.
