A Los Angeles judge has ruled that Marilyn Manson can move forward with the majority of his countersuit against former shock rock keyboardist Madonna Wayne Gacy, aka Stephen Bier.
Manson, whose real name is Brian Warner, filed the countersuit in December, alleging Gacy failed to participate in master recordings, concerts and promotional obligations when he was with the band.
The suit was filed in response to a breach of contract suit Gacy filed against the frontman last year in which he's seeking the return of more than $20 million of the band's money he claims Manson used to fund his bizarre lifestyle.
