A Los Angeles judge agreed this morning to make permanent restraining orders against the pop princess' onetime beau Adnan Ghalib, meaning the paparazzo must stay away from his former flame, her family and her home until March 17, 2012, at which point the injunction can be extended.
The embattled Ghalib, who is facing felony charges for allegedly attempting to run over the process server who tried to deliver the restraining order papers last month, never appeared in court to challenge Team Spears.
Superior Court Judge Aviva K. Bobb also extended temporary restraining orders against the "Toxic" singer's ex-manager Osama "Sam" Lutfi and her would-be lawyer Jon Eardley until an April 1 hearing.
Spears' camp has accused the threesome of trying to break Spears free of her court-mandated conservatorship run by her father, Jamie Spears.
The 27-year-old Spears, currently on tour in support of her new album, Circus, was not in court for today's proceedings.
At a previous hearing, Eardley's attorney agreed to abide by the order until the next hearing, which should feature additional testimony on why Papa Spears feels the restraints should be extended.
In a filing last month, Lutfi denied directly trying to reach out to Spears or threaten her, but did admit to indirectly responding to several text messages he claimed she sent him through intermediaries.
