Can California Force Octomom to Get Sterilized?

Can the state demand that Octomom be sterilized?

No. "Thankfully, we live in a country where we don't generally engage in forced sterilization of our citizens," criminal defense attorney Darren Kavinoky tells me. In cases of sexually violent predators, he explains, drugs can be administered "to deal with sex drive, but not the ability to procreate."

And while Nadya Suleman may be a lot of things, sexually violent predator is, apparently, not one of them.

Yep. After his arrest, Chris Brown hired crisis PR expert Michael Sitrick, who is, by any other name, an image consultant. He is the guy who fronted for Naomi Campbell when she was accused of assaulting her former housekeeper, took on Halle Berry when she was accused of a hit-and-run, and worked with radio conservative Rush Limbaugh during his prescription-pill addiction scandal.

Well, who counts as an incredible actor to you? I would guess that you like Brad Pitt, because everybody likes Brat Pitt, and if you don't like Brad Pitt that apparently makes you some sort of pinko commie terrorism-loving practitioner of the black arts. Brat Pitt is somewhere around 5 feet 11 inches, which makes him not short. Josh Duhamel is 6 feet 3 inches, while Will Smith, considered one of America's biggest stars right now, is 6 feet 2 inches and change.
