Bachelor Host Shocked Over On-Air Breakup

Jason Mesnick, Melissa Rycroft, The Bachelor ABC/MATT KLITSCHER

"Things were a little shaky” admitted Bachelor host Chris Harrison to us at a weekend do when we inquired about Jason Mesnick and Melissa Rycroft’s relaysh in recent weeks. Jase is definitely giving Spencer Pratt a week off from being the biggest d-bag on TV, since the wolf in nice guy’s clothing retracted his final rose from Melissa and immediately macked on runner-up, Molly Malaney. The bastard move shocked boob-tube viewers, even the show’s own host, who sang a seriously different tune about the doomed pair when he first saw them cavorting on the show:

"I would have bet a million dollars that he was gonna pick Melissa,” Chris said to us. “Actually, after the first night it, was gonna be hard for us to show how he was going to date anybody other than Melissa. He was just so smitten with her."

Not a mere mention of Jase’s feelings for Molly during filming. Nada. Mol, babe, hope you’re reading this—the dude deceived his first fiancée, the show’s host and all of America. Doesn’t take a genius to realize you’re next. Didn’t your mom tell you not to trust guys you meet on reality shows?
