Megan Hauserman may not have been deemed the fairest of them all on Rock of Love: Charm School, but she thinks Sharon Osbourne is also sorely lacking in style points.

The reality-TV castoff on Monday sued the heavy-metal matron for battery, negligence and intentional infliction of emotional distress over an alleged smackdown wrought by Osbourne during taping for a reunion episode of the VH1 show. (View the lawsuit.)

Hauserman, who was eliminated in episode four after a squabble with eventual winner Brandi Mahon turned physical, states that Osbourne, "suddenly and without warning," yanked on her hair hard enough to pull some out of her head and then scratched her.

The lawsuit states that Hauserman was "grievously and permanently injured and hurt in her health, strength and activity" and "will be prevented from attending to any occupation in the future."

Therefore, she is suing for damages to cover past and future medical expenses, loss of earning potential and legal costs, as well as any punitive damages the court should see fit.

Police investigated the incident in December, at which time Osboure's rep said she was not planning to comment on Hauserman's accusations.

Osbourne supposedly went postal after Hauserman remarked that the Charm School mistress was only famous for managing her husband, "brain-dead rock star" Ozzy Osbourne.
