50 Cent Quiere Taco Bell to Pay

50 Cent has made a run for the court order.

The Get Rich or Die Tryin' rapper sued Taco Bell Corp. Wednesday for "diluting the value of his good name" with a guerilla ad campaign that he says was intended to fool the chalupa-craving masses into thinking he had endorsed the fast-food chain.

Last month, Fiddy's camp called the gimmick a "sleazy and ill-conceived publicity stunt."

"Without seeking or obtaining Jackson's authorization, defendant Taco Bell made him the star and focus of its nationwide advertising campaign by using his name, persona and trademark to promote Taco Bell's business and products," stated the lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court in Manhattan.

50 Cent Wants More Time—Any Time—With His Son

50 Cent Jeff Kravitz/WireImage.com

50 Cent is technically allowed to see his son, but that doesn't mean he has. Which doesn't mean that he doesn't want to.

The platinum-selling rapper and Shaniqua Tompkins, the very estranged mother of his 11-year-old son Marquise, were in court today to further search for a happy medium that will allow Fiddy to visit with his boy and assuage Tompkins' concerns about her son's safety.

Tompkins secured a temporary restraining order against 50 Cent, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, last month after the Long Island home she and Marquise had been living in burned down.

A-List Secrets: The Cars Jay-Z (and Everyone) Drives

More from Ask the Answer Bitch

What is the "it" or hot car for celebrities to have right now? Is it still cool to have the foreign sports cars, or are celebs going green and hybrid?
—T.M.

Hybrid? Sure, if you're talking about a hybrid that breeds expensive with super obnoxious.

Let's put it this way: When Beyoncé sang about another woman "in the 'Bach or the Rolls" for her single "Ring the Alarm," she happened to be talking about two cars owned by her then-boyfriend, Jay-Z. The rapper, now Beyoncé's lawfully wedded mogul, owns a Maybach and a Rolls-Royce Phantom. And both are the cars to have, dealers to the stars tell me. That is, if you're the type of star that can use "dukey rope" in a sentence.

Who else has managed to snag these $450,000 prestigemobiles? And what is inside those things, anyway? Find out—from Fiddy's car dealer, no less—after the jump.

50 Cent No Quiere Taco Bell

50 Cent, Taco Bell Sign Rick Gomez / Zuma Press

50 Cent has no problem telling Taco Bell where to stick its chalupa.

The feud-sparking rapper, whose legal team is already engaged in a mother of a battle with his conspiracy-theorist baby mama, has lashed out at the fast-food franchise for having the cojones to suggest he change his name to 79, 89 or 99 Cent (his choice) to help promote the chain's value menu.

Apparently, that was a little too much thinking outside the bun for the lawyered-up rapper, who not only took issue with the promo stunt, but threatened to sic his legal team on the chain.

50 Cent Restrained, Sues Ex for $20 Million

50 Cent Jeff Kravitz/WireImage.com

Welcome to Family Feud: 50 Cent Edition.

It was a busy day for the rapper, who was slapped with a restraining order barring him from coming anywhere near his estanged baby mama but then retaliated with a petition to hold her in contempt of court and—the coup de grâce—a $20 million defamation suit.

Fiddy Feuds with Alicia Keys

Alicia Keys Simon James/WireImage.com

50 Cent is no stranger to drama. And living up to his hardheaded rep, the former drug dealer stirs things up once again—this time with Alicia Keys.

Alicia recently defended her gansta rap quotes in Blender magazine, but apparently the explanation was not enough for Fiddy, who had some major dissing to do.

"I don’t like Alicia Keys no more...If she thinks what they consider [to be] gangsta music is [made] to bring black people down, then I think my s--t falls into that category. I don’t like people who don’t like me."

And from the sound of it, the rapper isn't a fan of her music, either.

"I don’t think that [her] classical s--t is cool. I don’t give a f--k if you can classically play the piano. I haven’t been classically trained, because my upbringing, nobody put me in front of a piano at that time...I could f--king care less about the s--t. So she don’t like the music that embodies the harsh realities because they’re not her realities. She hasn’t been subjected to the same things."

Hmmm...Seems like a pretty safe bet to say that a Beyoncé 'n' Jay-Z-like rapper-R&B star coupling isn't in the works anytime soon for this duo.
