Week in Review: Jackson Mania, a JoBro Proposal, Kendra's Wedding and a Farrah Farewell
Remember when all the news was Twilight-related? Alas, not so much these days.
Another week dominated by Michael Jackson headlines is behind us. But as the King of Pop's family scrambled to make funeral and tribute arrangements and as authorities continue to probe the prescription-med situation, some rays of lighthearted news started to show through the cracks. Here's how it went down on E! Online...
1. Considering the bizarre life he led, it's no surprise that MJ's death is turning out to be pretty weird, too. From dad Joe promoting his own record label to Jackson's baby mama (the real one) turning up to throw a wrench into the artist's will-stipulated wishes, we're sensing that the circus has only just begun. At least it looks as if the King of Pop himself will be resting in peace soon enough, and rehearsal video shows him looking happy in his final days.
2. On the potentially criminal side of things, the DEA is collaborating with the LAPD's investigation into Jackson's death, and there are supposedly plenty of doctors and other peeps ripe for the interviewin'.
3. On the complete flip side of the news spectrum, Kevin Jonas is engaged! The 21-year-old Jonas Brother presented his girlfriend of two years, Danielle Deleasa, with a rock he helped design on Wednesday. But dry your eyes, Mrs. Jonas hopefuls—there are still two brothers where he came from!
4. Kendra Wilkinson and NFL stud Hank Baskett tied the knot at the Playboy Mansion, with Hef, Bridget and Holly in attendance. Then it was off to St. Lucia for the honeymoon, where they hoped to get lots of good nudity in before their first child arrives this Christmas.
5. Friends and family gathered for Farrah Fawcett's private funeral at an L.A. cathedral Tuesday. Ryan O'Neal and son Redmond served as pallbearers and read Bible passages, while best friend Alana Stewart delivered a eulogy. Just watching the procession on a wee video screen brought tears to our eyes.

Alas, our friends, we have come to the end of Watch With Kristin's 2009 Tater Tops Awards. Today we bring you the final category: Best Reality-Show Judge.

Before we get to the esteemed Best Romantic Chemistry Tater Tops category, which is coming later this week, let's make a pit stop at platonic chemistry and discuss the TV friendships we love the most. (We're strictly talking canon here, so any slashy business happens on your own fanfic-writing time...)
Liz & Jack, 30 Rock: These two need each other to get through the workday like the rest of us need our morning Starbucks.
Serena & Blair, Gossip Girl: S and B are very possibly the OTP of Gossip Girl. They shop together, they talk together and they would fight to the death for each other.
House & Wilson, House: An inexplicable twosome, perhaps, but through Wilson's countless women and House's million neuroses, they carry on.

• Jenna Fischer, The Office: Jenna's Pam has been to known to make us cry as well as laugh, but that's only because we love her so much and because working at Dunder Mifflin Scranton is kind of like waiting for Godot, you know? A lotta pathos, but little progress.
• Chyler Leigh, Grey's Anatomy: There's a lot of humor happening in the halls of Seattle Grace, but Leigh's Lexipedia has a certain lightness of being that sets her apart from the rest of the gang, don't you think?
• Mary-Louise Parker, Weeds: Her talents are not those of a mere mortal actress. We suspect extraplanetary forces are at work here, because MLP's performances are superpowered.

• John Krasinski, The Office: You can call him J.Kras for short. He is possibly the best imaginary beau/boyfriend/husband ever.
• Zachary Levi, Chuck: We suspect that liquid joy (the emotion, not the dish soap) runs through Zachary's veins in lieu of mortal blood.
• Neil Patrick Harris, How I Met Your Mother: NPH is a comedic thermonuclear weapon. Also, he has as many jobs as Ryan Seacrest, and he does them all brilliantly.
• Alec Baldwin, 30 Rock: Alec is the king. That is all.
• Steve Carell, The Office: You may know him as Michael Scott, or perhaps as one of the stars of Even Stevphen, which we refuse to ever get over. (So there.)

Today we get mad as hell, and we're not going to take it anymore. Yep, it's time for the Moment That Made You Want to Throw Out Your TV category of Tater Tops, and Moment's new little buddy, Sex Scene That Made You to Throw Out Your TV. There were so many nominations for "sex scene from Show X where the fans got screwed" that we thought it best to give all those moments a special subcategory.
