Health or career?
On Sunday's all-new Total Divas, the competition gets fierce between one Diva and her man, while another Diva risks her health for her career!
During a workout together, Nikki Bella and her boyfriend John Cena's competitive streaks come out, so John's trainer suggests that they settle things by having a series of contests to see who is the best once and for all!
Back at home, Eva Marie tells her hubby Jonathan Coyle that she's been having a lot of pain and noticing weird lumps around her breast implants, which she's had for almost 10 years!
He suggests it might be the silicone in her implants, and if there's been a rupture, it's a very serious situation. Eva Marie is stressed about her health issues interfering with her career, but Jonathan insists that they go to the doctor ASAP.
After their latest match, Nattie pulls Paige aside because Nattie isn't comfortable with Paige's flirty, sexual nature in the wrestling ring.
Paige points out that everyone loves her character, but since it bothers Nattie so much she promises not to do it again. Nattie, on the other hand, thinks that Paige is relying more on her sex appeal than her actual wrestling talent!
Jonathan accompanies Eva Marie to the doctor's office so she can find out if she does have a rupture in her implants.
While at the doctor's office, Jonathan decides to try on implants!
Meanwhile, Nikki is getting ready for her competition against John and she is pumped!
The two wish each other luck before launching into their competition!
Their first activitiy is go-cart racing! Nikki is shocked by how competitive John gets and he even runs into her on the track!
The next round of their competition is miniature golf, which John also beats Nikki at!
Then when they participate in arcade games, this happens!
John ends up on the floor...
Later that week, Eva Marie gets the dreaded phone call that she does have a rupture in her implants! The doctor recommends getting surgery as soon as possible, but Eva Marie wants some time to think this over.
But when Jonathan finds out that she canceled her surgery, he is not happy with her!
For the final competition game, Nikki and John meet up for a round of beer pong.
But then John shows up with his alter ego!
After she loses to John, Nikki is pissed and throws her drink in his face!

John comes after Nikki and apologizes for going overboard. The two share a cute kiss and agree to not be so competitive with each other!
Eva Marie grabs dinner with the Bella Twins and when they find out about her breast implant issue, they immediately encourage her to get the surgery.
Nikki shares her own story about her shin injury, and says that now her career is better than ever! Eva Marie realizes that it might not be so bad after all.
Despite asking Paige to refrain from her overly sexual nature in the ring, Nattie is upset when Paige breaks her promise.
Afterwards, Nattie confronts Paige and gets her back!
Paige explains that when Nattie gets riled up, she fights even better. Nattie realizes that Paige does have a point, so they decide to come to a compromise!
It's the morning of Eva Marie's boob surgery and she's super nervous!
But the procedure goes well and afterwards, her mom and Jonathan take her to a hotel so she can recover.
Eva Marie admits to Jonathan that he was right about getting the surgery right away and she is really glad that she listened to him. The two share a sweet kiss and all is well once again!
On next week's Total Divas, Rosa Mendes and Paige have an intimate encounter that puts their friendship at risk, while Brie Bella and her husband Daniel Bryan are the victims of an attempted robbery!
