Frank W Ockenfels 3/E!Last we saw of the Bella twins, Brie Bella had just married Daniel Bryan in a gorgeous bohemian ceremony while Nikki Bella reconciled with boyfriend John Cena after his sudden discovery that she had been married once before!
With season 3 of Total Divas just days away, we sat down with the two Divas to find out what they've been up to as well as their thoughts on potential drama being stirred up on the show!
"The last thing everyone saw with Daniel and I was complete bliss on our wedding day," Brie explained. "But now you're gonna see all the chaos in the first months of our marriage. There are so many things we didn't realize like combining our bank accounts, taxes, buying a house—all these things you have to compromise and I don't like to compromise as much."
"With John and I, you get to see a lot of cute stuff but you also see the bumps in the road when you have two people in the entertainment business," Nikki added. "He was in two movies, one where he plays a boyfriend and they have a few scenes that not a lot of women in this world would approve of so you'll see how that affects our relationship. And he still has his decision on marriage and kids, and I'm in the process of freezing my eggs. There's a lot of tears, laughter and love, and you'll get to see a lot more of the Bella family."
Brie also admitted that both she and her husband are experiencing intense baby fever.
"Babies have been on my mind and my husband's mind," she confessed. "He would love to have them today if he could. It's gonna be a really exciting season."
When asked about the return of Summer Rae as well as the addition of newbie Rosa Mendes, both of the Bella sisters had something to say.
"We haven't had much interaction with Summer Rae because she was gone so long filming her movie," Brie said. "And she hasn't been as annoying but she always knew how to pick at an open wound. This season she's kind of minding her own business and has been more respectful."
"Rosa's been around for quite a few years," Nikki remarked. "It will be interesting to see her character because in WWE she always stayed the same and I think it will be interesting for people to find out who she is and what she's about."
