It turns out getting a law degree doesn't mean you still don't have the worldview of a 1930s racist.
The law firm McCutcheon & Hamner put out this commercial in the hopes of attracting their target demographic, which we have to assume are current members of the KKK and alumni of the KKK (does the KKK have alumni? if so, we're pretty sure they love McCutcheon & Hamner), and of course fans of Mickey Rooney's Mr. Yunioshi from Breakfast at Tiffany's.
That's the guy who'll be representing you in court. Good luck.
UPDATE: That's actually NOT the guy who'll be representing you in court. The law firm associated with the video, McCutcheon & Hamner are claiming that their Youtube account was hacked. At which point the hacker put this offensive video up I guess? Ok.
Regardless, one thing has become clear. The video itself wasn't actually produced by McCutcheon & Hamner. It was produced by and stars Jim DeBerry of the spectacularly unfunny Definitive Television aka DTV aka DeBar Holdings who apparently not only excels at awful characters like the offensive Asian stereotype above but is also great a maintaining a super-shadey website.
Hey, Jim congrats. You really did it?
