One mystery may have been solved!

On Sunday's all-new episode of The Royals, King Cyrus (Jake Maskall) finally provides an explanation for his whereabouts the night King Simon was stabbed—and it's a shocker!

After tracking him for several weeks, Jasper (Tom Austen) discovers Cyrus uses a body double to attend his royal commitments while he sneaks off to a secret room in the palace for a top-secret activity. Jasper shares his suspicions with Prince Liam (William Moseley) and leads him to the room in question. When Liam enters, he finds Cyrus lying in a transparent chamber!

While a confused Liam tries to decipher Cyrus' odd behavior downstairs in the palace, a shirtless Beck is waking up with Princess Eleanor (Alexandra Park) upstairs. "I missed you," he tells her.

"You always do," she cheekily replies. "And yet in the midst of all that missing you chose to sleep on my couch, a couch much too small for all that sexy goodness." So true. "I was trying to be honorable," he responds.

"I appreciate that," she tells him. "But you know in this day and age that a boy can actually be honorable by simply giving a girl a few orgasms before taking one for himself." Eeek!

Eleanor then tells Beck she bought him some clothes and orders him to get dressed slowly. While he outfits his rock-hard abs, he also recaps how he told his wife he was leaving her. "She should have known though," he says to her. "Ever since Monaco and seeing you at the funeral, it's been you. It's always been you." Aww!

Meanwhile, Queen Helena (Elizabeth Hurley) commissions a monument to be built in King Simon's honor. "Simon was a good man," she tells her assistant, Rachel. "He cared immensely about the kingdom. Time should acknowledge that."

Back in Cyrus' not-so-private lair, Prince Liam confronts the King for lying about being with his lover, Parliament member James Holloway, when Simon was attacked. "So, Holloway rolled over?" Cyrus asks. "He's good at that. Well, now you know."

"What do I know?" a still confused Liam questions. "You're lying in some tube, like Michael Jackson."

"Work it out, Bubbles," Cyrus retorts. "I have cancer…of the balls." Whoa! He continues, "I was getting treatment the night my brother was stabbed. That's why I looked like s--t in the safe room."

Cyrus commands Liam not to tell anyone he has testicular cancer, but Liam insists on telling Eleanor. Cyrus reluctantly concedes to his request, but forbids him to tell anyone else because he doesn't want any sympathy or pity.

Afterward, Princess Eleanor meets her new security detail aka Jasper's replacement, James Hill. She invites him into her room to inspect him and make sure he's up for the challenge. "You're a bit of a silvery fox, Mr. Hill," she tells the gray-haired bodyguard. LOL! Then, things get serious. "What happens with me and my world stays with me and my world. Are you comfortable with that?" she asks.

"If Your Highness is referring to the three or four ounces of cocaine on her vanity, the marijuana on the coffee table or the excessive abundance of MDMA, my job is to protect you…not to judge you," he says, before adding, "However, there's a wealth of drugs in London these days. It's become fairly common. Your Highness strikes me as anything but common."

"Noted," she responds, before deciding to give him a chance.

Elsewhere, Queen Helena visits Cyrus to tell him they have to pick a Parliamentary "hostage" to hold in the palace until the King makes his speech at Parliament's opening day. "It's your coming out party, as if you need one," she tells him.

"I hate ceremony," he replies. "But now that you mention it, I know just the hostage worth taking." Uh oh…

The palace guards go to the Prime Minister's office to seize James Holloway as the captive. When he arrives, James is excited to enjoy all the decadence and deliciousness the ceremonial hostage has been treated to in years past. But unfortunately for him, Cyrus has other ideas.

"I do love a custard tart," Cyrus muses to James while he takes a bite of a pastry. "Do you know what I don't love so much? A squawking tart." Obviously, the King is not pleased.

"Liam came to see me today," he continues. "Apparently, a little bird told him some things. Do you know where little birds belong, Mr. Holloway?" Cyrus asks. "In a cage," he says before whipping the cover off a human-sized, gilded crate on the floor.

"Come on! You must be joking, Cyrus," James pleads. But that doesn't dissuade the King at all. He pushes the whimpering snitch into the cage and locks the door. "I've lined your cage with newspapers in case you need to take a s--t," Cyrus tells him. "Please aim for The Daily Mail."

Elsewhere, Prince Liam and Princess Eleanor decide to let off some steam by attending a swanky yacht party with friends. At the party, Liam pulls Eleanor aside to tell her about Cyrus' medical condition. "That's awesome," she jokingly responds. "It does kind of explain why he might have gone that night and why he was so ill in the safe room."

Meanwhile, Beck decides to introduce himself to Jasper who is busy watching Eleanor, as usual. "How long you been with Liam?" he asks.

"Not long," Jasper responds. "I was with the Princess before that."

"I wouldn't take that personally," Beck says pleasantly. "Eleanor's security detail is considered a temporary position. No one lasts more than a month."

"I was with her for six, right up until Monaco" Jasper snaps before walking away.

Following Parliament's opening day festivities, Queen Helena enters the Prime Minister's office to find an unwelcome surprise—he's dead! His untimely death thwarts all the effort she put in to ensure she becomes the next in line over Cyrus' daughter. And what's worse, he's also wearing the lacy panties she tossed him during her blackmail scheme!

She calls Rachel in to help with the sticky situation of removing the knickers before they call the police! "Is it too much to ask that the man stays undead until one little bill passes?" she asks while cutting the underwear from his bottom. "All that hard work and now we are back to square one."

But the real question is: Who killed him?!

E!

Queen Helena then goes to confront King Cyrus and find out if he had anything to do with the Prime Minister's inconvenient passing. "You do understand we don't kill people around here?" she tells him.

"I had nothing to do with it," he replies. "Although, it's understandable his death would upset you considering your plans to change the order of succession are now derailed."

But Queen Helena isn't giving up that easily. She tells Rachel to immediately set up a meeting with the Deputy Prime Minister.

Back at the yacht party, Eleanor encourages Liam to have fun instead of solely focusing on finding their father's murderer. "This quest for vengeance, I don't think dad would want that for you," she tells him. "Find that thing that made you happy and just disappear for a minute and be someone else. All this is still going to be here when you come back."

Liam takes her advice and tells Jasper he needs some space to do some things alone. He also gives him a piece of guidance for handling his sister. "Everyone lets her down," Liam says. "Be the one who changes that."

Later on, Princess Eleanor takes Beck back to the palace for sexy night in her bedroom! "Last time you and I were alone together, you asked me to be sober and I did it for you," she tells him. "Now you're going to do some things for me—and to me." Oh boy!

E!

After that steamy scene, the Deputy Prime Minister finally makes her debut and it's clear she won't be as easily manipulated by the royal family. When she receives word of Queen Helena's request for a meeting, she instructs the messenger to tell the Queen she'll think about it.

"I'm the acting Prime Minister," she says. "I don't have time for tea with the Queen and I certainly don't have time to repeat myself." Someone means business!

E!

After taking Eleanor's advice, Liam's pursuit of happiness leads him to the front door of a special certain someone in an unknown city. While the mystery person has yet to be revealed, one name instantly comes to mind!
