E!The Royals returns tonight!
Queen Helena (Elizabeth Hurley), Prince Liam (William Moseley), Princess Eleanor (Alexandra Park) and the rest of the monarchy are back for season two of The Royals.
But before you watch the season two premiere tonight, we think you should refresh your memory on everything that happened in the first 10 episodes of season one.
From scandalous hook ups to emotional splits, there were tons of memorable moments in the first season of the hit E! show.

1. Prince Liam Hooks Up With Ophelia:
At the very beginning of the first episode of The Royals, Prince Liam meets Ophelia (Merritt Patterson). The two end up sleeping together and it's revealed that she's the daughter of the King's head of security! Surprise!
2. Prince Robert's Death:
After hooking up with Ophelia in his dorm, Liam is told that he needs to go to the palace. That's when news of his older brother Prince Robert's death is revealed. While the death is mysterious, the family is told that it was a "military accident" that killed Robert. Since Liam is the second oldest, he's the next in line to take the throne. 3. King Simon Wants to Abolish the Monarchy:
After the death of Prince Robert, King Simon (Vincent Regan) is ready to abolish the monarchy. "I'm considering asking Parliament for a referendum, to abolish the monarchy," King Simon tells his family. Check out the video above to hear his announcement!
4. Jasper Blackmails Princess Eleanor:
After a night of partying with her bodyguard Jasper (Tom Austen), he blackmails her in order to keep his job. Eleanor was going to fire him, so he tells her that he has video of them having sex that he'll release to the press if she doesn't do what he says.
5. Ophelia Passes Out Drunk:
When Liam's ex-girlfriend Gemma (Sophie Colquhoun) steps back into the picture, Ophelia tries to intimidate her. Ophelia challenges Gemma to a drinking game, but Gemma ends up being able to hold it together while Ophelia passes out on the lawn during a garden party. Luckily, Liam comes to her rescue and takes care of her!
6. Prince Liam's Car Accident With Gemma:
While driving with Liam in the passenger's seat, Gemma decides to make a move on him and ends up crashing the car! Watch a behind-the-scenes video of the cast filming the scene above!
7. Jasper's Sex Tape Confession:
Jasper reveals to Eleanor that there is no tape and that he lied to her. "You got blackout drunk and threatened to fire me so I lied," Jasper tells Eleanor. Jasper tries to continue his relationship with Eleanor and tells her to meet him in bed and she agrees, but when he gets there he realizes she tricked him.
8. Queen Helena's Affair Is Revealed:
During the first season, it's revealed to the audience that Queen Helena is having an affair with Captain Alistair Lacey (Noah Huntley). 9. Princess Eleanor Hooks Up With a Married Man:
Princess Eleanor, Prince Liam and their closest friends head to Monaco for spring break. Eleanor is going through a hard time after the Jasper situation, so when her crush Beck (Andrew Cooper) shows up she's immediately happy. He helps her to lay off the drugs for a couple of days and the two hook up. But at the end of the episode its revealed that Beck is a married man, which is why he can't be with Eleanor.
10. Jasper Sleeps With Queen Helena:
While Princess Eleanor was away in Monaco hooking up with her married man, Jasper was hooking up with someone too, Eleanor's mom! When Queen Helena starts questioning Jasper about his past, he decides to sleep with her in order to keep her happy.
11. King Simon Is Stabbed:
King Simon is found stabbed outside of the palace gates, leaving the entire monarchy on alert. The King's stabbing also put Liam as the acting King of England until he can recover.
12. Cyrus Reveals King Simon Isn't the Father of Liam and Eleanor:
During Liam's-swearing in ceremony, Cyrus (Jake Maskall) drops a bombshell. "You're not even the King's son," Cyrus says to Liam. Cyrus explains that Liam and Eleanor aren't the legitimate children of King Simon, which means Liam can't take over as King.
13. Queen Helena Says Robert Killed Himself:
Princess Eleanor confronts Queen Helena and asks her if she killed Robert. That's when Queen Helena tells her that Robert "committed suicide." But Princess Eleanor is later told that Robert didn't kill himself, he was murdered, from the murderer himself!
14. King Simon Passes Away:
King Simon dies as a result of his attack, leaving Eleanor and Liam completely devastated. Since it's been said that Eleanor and Liam aren't the legitimate children of King Simon, Cyrus takes over as king.
15. Liam and Ophelia Split:
After an entire season of ups and downs, Liam decides to let Ophelia go. He drops her off in NYC to follow her dancing dreams and he returns to England to get some answers. Will the split last? You'll have to watch season two to find out!
