In this deleted scene, Kim Kardashian calls up Khloé Kardashian wondering why their sister won't host Nori's big day. Since Kim is still living with Kris Jenner and Kourt's on the east coast for the summer, what's the big deal?
Then it comes out that Kourtney and Scott Disick won't even be able to make it because they're dealing with their own couples drama. So they're going to miss the birthday altogether?!
