We're pretty sure Kim Kardashian's engagement was the best surprise ever!

On Sunday's Keeping Up With the Kardashians, the magical moment we've all been waiting for finally happened. Kanye West proposed to his longtime girlfriend and best friend on her very special birthday!

The huge venue, 50-piece orchestra and stunning engagement ring were all huge elements to the big night!

But before the secret party turned into an engagement event to remember, viewers found out the surprise was almost ruined.

Hours before the big day, Kourtney Kardashian is still calling close family and friends to confirm they are coming. But while on the phone with one cousin, Kim unexpectedly walks in to ask what everyone is talking about.

After getting a vague answer, Kim thankfully changes the topic. "Thank God Kim is completely clueless," Khloé Kardashian jokes.

After the close call, the Kardashian family (minus Kim) hops on a private jet to San Francisco. Once they arrive, they meet up with more family and friends to board the "Kim K Birthday Surprise Bus."

Once at AT&T Park, home to the San Francisco Giants, guests enjoy a catered dinner and are divided into two dugouts.

Kris Jenner makes it clear (several times) that everyone must be completely quiet with no tweeting, Instagramming or texting allowed! It's a secret, people!

But after repeating the directions one too many times, Kourtney tells her mom to follow her own advice and shut up! Classic, Kourt.

The happy couple arrives and everyone is completely blown away by Kanye's detailed planning.

"This is the best thing I've ever seen in my life," Khloé says. "I couldn't have written this better myself."

With a giant smile on his face, Kanye gets down on one knee and asks Kim to marry him with a gorgeous Lorraine Schwartz engagement ring.

Kim says yes and the family's reaction is absolutely priceless!

"It's really the most beautiful thing I've ever seen," Kim says. "I just can't believe I'm engaged."

As loyal viewers know, no Kardashian event is complete without a toast and some celebratory dancing.

While Kris delivers an emotional message to the couple, Khloé quickly lightens up the mood.

"Let's have more kids," she proclaims! "More babies."

Unfortunately, Scott Disick is in New York for the entire event because of his sick mom, Bonnie Disick.

After experiencing a sudden seizure, Bonnie is forced to stay in the ICU. Because of her condition, Scott feels like he needs to be by his mom and dad's side more than ever.

"It's a really huge shocker to me to find out that my mom is sick," Scott says. "It almost doesn't feel real because never once did I hear something."

When Kim organizes one last family celebration in Las Vegas for Kanye's concert, Scott surprises Kourtney and the family with a quick visit.

Right after the show, however, Kourtney and Scott head back to New York together. We learn they were both by Bonnie's side when she passed.
