InstagramKhloé Kardashian needs a little more time to grieve before enjoying some Disneyland magic.
Monday was a big day for North West as the birthday girl traveled to the Happiest Place on Earth for a family friendly celebration.
And while much of the family was able to partake in the special day appropriately titled "North's Disney Adventure," Khloé was noticeably absent.
"Khloé was too upset over Jamie dying," a source explained to E! News. "She wasn't there."
Instead, Kendall Jenner, Kylie Jenner, Kourtney Kardashian, Mason Disick, Tyga and Kris Jenner headed to Anaheim to join the birthday girl and her parents for an all-day affair.
On Sunday afternoon, Khloé was one of the first people to reveal the tragic news that Lamar Odom's best friend Jamie Sangouthai had passed away at just 37.
"When does it stop?" she wrote on Twitter with a broken heart emoji. "Life doesn't get easier but I promise you that life will make you stronger."
Jamie and Lamar had been good friends since childhood and appeared together on the reality series Khloé & Lamar. In fact, Jamie served as one of the basketball player's best men during his televised wedding.
While Khloé continues to cope with the unexpected loss, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star is trying to move forward with her routine. On Tuesday morning, the 30-year-old was spotted making her way to a Los Angeles gym.
She's also trying to keep a positive outlook in the wake of the surprise news.
"Beyond blessed and I thank God everyday for granting these beautiful blessings upon me," she wrote on Instagram Sunday afternoon after visiting Hawaii. "Life is good but even better when you experience it with fantastic people."
