Sure, Broadway stars and theatre professionals like Kristin Chenoweth and Bradley Cooper were definitely on the list of confirmed attendees. Supermodels, on the other hand, were a total surprise.
As it turns out, E! News has learned Kendall was one of many models invited to attend the prestigious show and were even hand-picked by Vogue Editor-in-Chief Anna Wintour.
"Kendall loves theatre and loves New York," a source revealed to E! News. As a result, she was more than honored to travel to Radio City Music Hall and watch the awards show inside.
Before witnessing performances from Vanessa Hudgens, Matthew Morrison and Josh Groban, Kendall turned heads on the red carpet with her custom Calvin Klein Collection dress by the brand's creative director, Francisco Costa.
She completed her look with hair by Tarek Makki, makeup from Gina Brooks and shoes by Calvin Klein.
Kendall, however, wasn't the only gorgeous model who paid a visit to the Tony Awards this year. Because Wintour offered her stylish services to the red carpet, several model-designer pairings surfaced Sunday night.
On the arms of Prabal Gurung, Bella Hadid stunned in an elegant monochromatic gown made by the designer. In addition, Ashley Greene stayed close to designer date Jason Wu while working a shimmering olive ensemble from his collection.
As for what's next on Kendall's plate, you won't be shocked to find out she has a very busy schedule ahead.
"Looking forward to visiting beautiful Antalya, Turkey next week," she shared on Twitter over the weekend. "Excited to be walking the Dosso Dossi fashion show." We'll be keeping up!
