Kylie Jenner is only 17 years old, but she's already making decisions usually reserved for people twice her age.
While Scott Disick and Kourtney Kardashian took another big step with the arrival of Reign Disick in this week's episode, Kylie was quietly making a huge life choice herself.
"I was actually thinking that we should look for places," she says to her mom. "Let's see all the new houses!"
Kris Jenner, for her part, is surprisingly on board for letting her last little birdie leave the nest.
"This is literally the first time that we've done something together in so long," Kris says as they search online. "Like really fun."
So can you blame Kylie for pressing her luck by seeing if mom will foot the bill for her first home?
