Keeping Up With the Kardashians is officially back and the season 10 premiere did not disappoint.
First off, we get the news that Kim Kardashian is trying harder than ever to get pregnant with baby number two!
Then Khloé Kardashian reveals her dream weight loss tactic!
But don't worry, she's only kidding...sort of.
When the girls are ready to leave, Kim admits they need to wait a few minutes so that things can "marinate" in her after having sex with Kanye West. Kourtney suggests she lifts her legs up to help!
Kim has never been shy to show off her body, and in the below clip she admits that she's probably going to get pregnant soon and wants to remember her body the way it is right now.
You go girl!
Following the photo shoot, Kourtney Kardashian heads to Malibu to spend some quality one-on-one time with Bruce Jenner.

While Bruce and Kourtney are bonding, Kris is out to dinner with a gal pal and is venting about the ups and downs in her life.
She goes into detail about how difficult the divorce has been for her and how life is with Kim and Kanye!
Back in Malibu, Bruce gets a phone call but before he picks it up, Kourtney looks at the phone number...
Turns out he's talking to Kris' best friend for years! Um, sketchy!
While Kourtney might not be found of Bruce's new alleged girlfriend, Brody Jenner and Brandon Jenner are all about him dating again.
Brody even admits that he wants to throw a "Bruce on the Loose" party and invite as many slougars as they can find!
Since Bruce is getting a party, Kim and her sisters come together to throw Kris one as well! Their theme? Kris J needs a lay!
While the girls are chatting in Kris' kitchen, Scott Disick walks in and freaks out when he thinks he sees a bunch of pregnancy tests! Turns out they are just Kim's ovulation sticks, but for a second Scott thought someone was totally preggers!
Because of the upsetting news that Bruce is seeing Kris' friend behind her back, Kim decides to take him out to lunch and confront him.
But when she does, he simply laughs her off and says nothing is going on. Hmmm.
Meanwhile Kourtney and Scott are in Las Vegas for an appearance and the Jenner boys just happen to be in town also!
While catching up, Brody throws some major shade at Kim and Kanye over their wedding guest list...
Kris' party goes off without a hitch but during the festivities she does get a little sad that it's just the girls.
Bruce ends up coming over to the house to discuss the tabloid rumors with Kris and things don't start off too well.
But after talking Bruce does apologize and admits his intention was never to hurt anyone's feelings.
All of the Jenner and Kardashian girls then come together for a lunch with Bruce in Malibu to make sure they know he has their support and love always.
