On Sunday's all-new episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Kim Kardashian learns to cook for Kanye West, Bruce Jenner is fed up with Kris Jenner's controlling ways and struggles to be close to daughter Kylie Jenner. Plus, Scott Disick and Kourtney Kardashian think they've discovered a valuable piece of art that could be worth hundreds of millions!
Bruce is getting his hair trimmed by a stylist at Khloé Kardashian's house because Kris doesn't like Bruce's long hair, but he decides not to chop it all off because he enjoys wearing it in a ponytail.
There's the aftermath!
Bruce is happy with his look although Khloé thinks it looks exactly the same. But as long as Bruce is happy, that's all that matters to her.
Next up are the highlights!
Out of nowhere, Kris shows up unnanounced and starts giving her opinion on Bruce's hair!
Kris wants Bruce to cut more hair off because he looks like a "hot mess."
Fed up, Bruce gets out of his chair and snaps at Kris before leaving!
Back at home, Kourtney is anxiously awaiting the arrival of a painting that she had shipped out from Scott's parent's house.
She thinks it's an authentic painting by the famous Amedeo Modigliani, while Scott claims there's no way that his parents would have had a multi-million dollar painting just lying around the house!
Once the painting arrives, Kourtney plans to have it appraised. Scott thinks it's a waste of her time, but if it does end up being real, they would be rich beyond their wildest dreams...
When Kris comes home, she is surprised to find Bruce eating a sandwich in her kitchen, since he now lives at the Malibu house.
Bruce explains that he came by to see Kylie, who has been super distant towards him lately. Kris points out that Kylie is a teenager and just wants to be with her friends but Bruce isn't buying her excuse.
Kris is also concerned that Bruce isn't taking proper care of himself with his meals, so she goes to the grocery store and stops by his Malibu house to stock the fridge, much to Bruce's annoyance.
Bruce tells Kris that he can take care of himself and he wishes that she would back off a bit. But will she listen?
Back at the house, Kourtney impatiently asks Scott if the "original" painting has been delivered yet and this is his response:
In an attempt to get Kylie to spend some time with her father, Kris invites Bruce to join them for yoga.
However, Kris starts to get annoyed when Bruce keeps talking during the class and complains about his knee.
He ends up leaving in the middle of class to play golf, which frustrates Kris since she put in all of this effort to get him and Kylie to spend time together.
Back at Kourney and Scott's house, the package they've been waiting for finally arrives!
There it is!
Kourtney is beyond excited...
...Scott, on the other hand, isn't as excited...
Kris makes a second attempt at getting Kylie and Bruce to spend more time together by arranging for the three of them to go rock climbing.
As they're filling out the paperwork, Kris pulls Kylie aside and informs her that she's installed a camera in her closet and has caught Kylie stealing some of her clothes.
Kylie is not too happy when Kris lays down the law and tells her that she can't borrow any more clothes...
An upset Kylie storms out, which irritates Bruce—who also leaves! A dejected Kris is left by herself, making her sad because all she wanted to do was help her family.
Back at home, Kourtney decides to show Khloé the painting, who doesn't quite have the reaction she was hoping for:
In one final attempt to smooth things over, Kris surprises Bruce by arranging a group cooking class with their daughters!
But Bruce doesn't seem so excited by it:
He decides to give it a shot and lets his inner Martha Stewart shine...
Kim even gets into it and admits she wants to learn because she's getting married soon.
They end up with a delicious feast!
But their meal is interrupted when Kim discovers one of Bruce's hairs in her food!
Kris gives Bruce a hard time about not cutting his hair, then he lashes back by telling her that one of the reasons he enjoys living out in Malibu is the fact that he doesn't have to deal with her controlling ways. Ouch!
Kris realizes that despite her best efforts to take care of Bruce, it's probably better to give him some space and allow Bruce to enjoy his independence.
An art appraiser arrives at Kourtney and Scott's house to take a look at the painting.
Scott and Mason Disick get tired of waiting...
Their moment of truth awaits!
After carefully examining the artwork, the appraiser shocks everyone:
Neither Kourtney nor Scott can believe their ears! Could they really have struck it rich?
The appraiser recommends that they have an art expert come in to further examine the painting to confirm its authenticity.
Kylie and Khloé join Bruce for lunch, where he opens up and explains that his feelings are hurt because he feels that none of his kids want to do anything with him. Kylie feels bad and decides to put in more effort to come and hang out with her dad.
Meanwhile, Kourtney walks in to find Scott looking at carpet samples for a private jet...
After hearing that the painting might actually be real, Scott now fully supports Kourtney.
She notices this and calls Scott out on his new attitude. He responds:
Scott realizes that he is getting a little bit out of control with his plans for his future money but he doesn't care:
Back in Malibu, Kylie surprises Bruce by coming to hang out after his paddleboarding session!
Bruce has noticed that Kris has backed off and given him some space, allowing him the opportunity to hang out with Kylie and let his relationship with his daughter evolve on its own.
A fine art conservator comes by to further investigate the painting while Kourtney and Scott nervously watch...
The art expert notices a few unusual things about the painting so he informs them that he'll need to run some tests and he'll have an answer for them within a week. That sounds like an eternity!
Time seems to take forever, but finally the week is up and Kourtney and Scott get the results from the art test in the mail!
Kourtney opens the envelope and after reading through everything, she learns that the painting isn't authentic! Major bummer...
Scott doesn't even attempt to hide his devastation...
Despite the bad news, there is also some good news: the art report states that while the painting is not an authentic Modigliani, it still has some minor monetary value due to the time period that it was painted in.
While Scott may have to file away his plans to own a private jet for now, even he knows that it's not the end of the world and that no matter what, he still has it pretty good:
