Oh, Oprah Winfrey, you left us hanging with your Kimye question in part one of the Kardashian special on OWN. But of course, the network mogul left nothing unanswered in part two.

First up? Kim Kardashian took the hot seat and picked up right where we left off—and Oprah wasted no time before grilling the reality queen on her relationship with her famous beau, Kayne West.

So, how did the longtime friends turn into lovers, and is there any part of their highly publicized relationship that's all for the cameras?!

"I think we've always had an attraction for each other but we've always been in other relationships or it wasn't the right timing. And then one day it just happened," Kim revealed. "I'm apprehensive to even just talk about it because I've been so open with my other relationships."

The stunning star also shot down rumors that their relationship is all for the cameras, saying "I couldn't sacrifice my heart for a publicity stunt" and admitting they are "not moving in together," despite recent speculation.

As for whether a walk down the aisle is in Kimye's future? Well, Kim clarifies that as well.

"I'm not thinking about marriage," Kim admitted. "To have [Kayne] in my life this way says a lot about us."

Up next in the hot seat were Khloé Kardashian-Odom and Lamar Odom, and the outspoken babe admitted that their engagement after just a month of dating was totally crazy, but at the time, Khloé didn't see it that way. She also revealed that the couple of three years is "always trying" to have a child.

After the Khlomar baby talk, a very pregnant Kourtney Kardashian and beau Scott Disick sat down with O and spilled a few secrets about their baby-on-the-way.

"We had a name pretty much since Mason since we thought he might be a girl," Kourtney said. "We're not sharing it."

As for the couple's well-documented tough times? Kourtney revealed she stayed with Scott for Mason's well-being: "I was wanting to see what he would be like once we had a child."

Oprah also took a tour of Kendall and Kylie Jenner's enviable closet, and the girls revealed that being around the cameras has been easy, since they started on the show at such a young age.

And last but certainly not least? Papa Bruce—who expressed regret over Kim's wedding—and Mama Kris, whom Oprah asked if she's "prepared for the day the cameras go away."

"I'm acutely aware that one day it will be over," the momager extraordinaire admitted.

Here's hoping that end doesn't come for a long, long time.
