In this promo for Sunday's episode of I Am Cait, the 66-year-old struggles with one of the biggest choices in her transition so far.
"The last six months of my life have been really enlightening," she says. "But one thing I'm really not comfortable with is this issue of gender confirmation surgery."
With support from Jenny Boylan, Caitlyn sits down with a friend to discuss the decision. "It's something that everyone has to wrestle with individually," she tells Cait. "You know, there are a lot of people who never end up having surgery and yet they're still men or women."
