Chandi Moore is ready to talk about her past.

In this very personal clip from Sunday's episode of I Am Cait, Chandi opens up to Caitlyn Jenner about how she made it to where she is today.

"It wasn't an easy road getting here," Chandi admits. "I wish someone would've told me back then that if I became a felon that I wouldn't be able to work at a bank, or how it would be a problem for me to get a passport. That was me back in that day before I became who I am."

Chandi also reveals that her parents weren't there for her only because she "didn't want to tell them about being trans."

"Did you have anybody to confide in at that point?" Caitlyn asks.

"Well my friends that I was running around with at that time," Chandi reveals. "We all, you know, talked about it because there was a couple of us who were going through the same thing. We were just living it from day to day, performing in the clubs, trying to make tips and trying to support ourselves in those ways. And so that was fast money for us back then, but fast money doesn't last long."

After Chandi tells Caitlyn about her past, Caitlyn reveals it's so "interesting" to see what Chandi's been through.

"It's so interesting to me to see what she's been through in her life, and so many trans women go through and that is survival crimes." Caitlyn explains. "She was trying to survive and didn't know any other way to do it."
