E!'s very own RuPaul will be celebrating "the art of drag, queer culture and self-expression for all" at the first-ever drag convention, RuPaul's DragCon!
The event will be the biggest gathering of drag queens, celebrities and countless gay icons including Michelle Visage, Martha Wash, Linda Clifford and Courtney Stodden. We are excited to announce that another special guest will be the legendary Julie Newmar, the original Catwoman! She'll be attending on the first day chatting with fans, signing autographs and taking pictures! Zumanity™ "a provocative cabaret-style production with a Cirque du Soleil® twist" will also be in attendance.
"We promised a one-of-a-kind event that will have lovers of drag culture letting their freak flags fly high," said RuPaul. "Zumanity is on the cutting edge of entertainment and will surely be exciting to everyone at DragCon."
This glittering event, organized by RuPaul and World of Wonder, will take place this weekend, May 16-17, at the Los Angeles Convention Center!
