We're not sure about this Morticia Addams-esque getup that Katy Perry's rocking at the UNICEF Snowflake Ball in New York City. The Naeem Khan design is interesting, but that cape paired with the sleek black hair is a little too undead goddess for us. But we do love her smile and the flawless makeup, so at least there's that.
