No matter how hard we blink, each time we open our eyes Elle Fanning is still dressed like a pilgrim in some Thanksgiving pageant. And yet, she's at the NYC soiree for Chanel's 80th anniversary of its fine jewelry collection, in the label's couture black velvet dress, hat and shoes. We just had no idea Chanel made Halloween costumes.
