We loved that the House of Lies star chose a tame coral orange as her lip color to ensure that it didn't overpower the rest of her face. Let's put it this way: had Kristen gone with an electric orange lipstick or a heavy smoky eye, this post would have gone in a completely different direction.
Get the Look: Starting with Kristen's classic eye makeup (which by the way does wonders with making eyes appear larger and brighter), apply a cream or flesh-colored powder eye shadow to the entire upper eye area.
Then, apply a shimmery white eye shadow like Wet n Wild Color Icon Eyeshadow Single in Sugar to your lids. Next, using a small domed contour brush, apply a black matte eye shadow in a V-shape to the outer corners of your eye creases and eyes.
Without re-dipping the brush in eye shadow (be forewarned that if you do double-dip, you risk looking like you got punched in both eyes), use the brush in a back-and-forth windshield wiper motion in the eye creases. Highlight the brow bone with the shimmery white eye shadow. Blend the entire eye area with small circles.
Next, apply long-wearing black liquid eyeliner like Arbonne Liquid Eye Liner in Black to the upper lash line, gradually making the line thicker as you get towards the outer corners of the eyes. Then, using black kohl eyeliner, line the lower lash line. Complete the eye makeup with two to three coats of volume-building mascara.
To get Ms. Bell's perfect pucker, start by exfoliating your lips with a sugar scrub or toothbrush.Then, line and fill in entire lips with a nude lip pencil. This will ensure that the lipstick or lip gloss pigment shines bright (and it makes the lip color last longer).
Next, apply a hydrating, glossy bright tangerine lipstick like Josie Maran Argan Love Your Lips Hydrating Lipstick in Coral Delight to your lips. Blot and apply a second coat. Voila! Juicy lips!
