We can't decide if she was going for the female version of Judd Nelson from The Breakfast Club or an outfit Lisa Turtle of Saved by the Bell would wear on casual Friday at The Peach Pit, but either way, it's not working.
For us, a simple switch in pants would save this entire look. We can't tell if there's a camo theme or abstract art look going on, but we're not fans. There's too much going on in the embellished aztec top to warrant such a bold pant, and while we support the tucked-in-boots look, something about those bottoms does not flow well into the footwear.
We hope this is just a one time slip-up, but we'll admit, we're on high alert for more mistakes to come.
