Diane Kruger has every right to call foul play on Anna Wintour's copycat Chanel.
If anybody knows the rules of the celeb style road, it's Vogue's iconic editor. You don't steal something so memorable, and you certainly don't do it within days of the first wearer stepping out. Though, if you're the queen of all things fashion-related, you might get to wear whatever you want, whenever you want to wear it...
We went gaga over this strapless Chanel couture when we first saw it on The Host star. The delicate floral appliques are gorgeous in such bold, bright colors, and in this classic cut, they're even more stunning. But we'll admit Anna is giving the German beauty a run for her money with the cap-sleeved cocktail version. It's a more mature cut, but equally whimsical on account of the rainbow palette. We also love the little bit of glam added by her gold shoe.
But in the end, and terrified as we are to say this, Diane wore it first and best. But, Anna, we still believe you are the goddess of all things style-related forever and ever.
