Then we spent ten minutes reviewing the out-there styles of a few other stars and realized the Devil's Knot star has it right: less is more.
There's no denying that Reese looks flawless in her Calvin Klein cocktail frock, but what exactly is it about this incredibly basic design that makes it work so well?
We feel like a lot of the success is owed to this stunning color. The red has a cherry meets lipstick feel that keeps it fresh but sexy. Reese also wears it incredibly well thanks to her blonde coloring. Then there's obviously the fit. Strapless can be tricky, but Mr. Klein makes sure there's shape through the middle and a tight fit on top. But our favorite element of all, might be that tiny strip of white fabric. There's absolutely nothing to it, and yet it ties the look together with strappy white sandals and a black and white touch.
We'd love if the Wild star would help us out by giving some style pointers to her more poorly dressed peers. In exchange, we'll promise to never pass her by again.
