Unfortunately for Rose Byrne this wild and crazy flower pattern isn't something we could forget.
We were on the fence about the bright florals when Gwyneth Paltrow wore them on the Iron Man 3 red carpet. Now that The Internship star has stepped out in the dress version of this Erdem design, we're even more confused. Is this look working for either A-lister? And if so, which one?
There's something fun and almost '70s-style about The Avengers actress' top and bottom combo—like it would look great on the cover of British Vogue...on Twiggy. That said, it's a whole lotta' look, and without any break in the pattern, it does somewhat resemble a '70s-style arm chair.
We're just not sure the I Give It A Year star's alternative is much better. Yes, the sheer paneling around the midriff, neck and hem distract from all those flowers, but the long sleeves and mock top are, dare we say, old lady-inspired?
It's a tough call, but our vote goes to Gwyn for the first and better version. What's your take?
