Did Katherine Heigl switch shoes with the fiercest drag queen ever on her way to lunch with the ladies?

We were loving this silk, floral-print cocktail dress on the One For the Money star. It has a flattering neckline and chic long sleeves. Then we looked down and things got weird.

Flamingo pink, neon, spike-embellished pumps are fabulous on their own. But paired with the rest of this rather prim and definitely proper look, they're like the mullet of fashion combos: formal on the top, freaky on the bottom.
