First Harry Styles' ex rocked a gorgeous white sequin Kaufmanfranco mini dress with a plunging rectangle-shaped neckline. Her hair was flowing like a goddess and, in those Louboutin open-toe booties, her legs have never looked longer. This is a huge hit!
But then T.Swift plummeted to the bottom of the Best Dressed list by performing in what looks like a sparkly camp uniform. The short-shorts, crew neck top and black flats aren't doing anything for us (or her), making this costume change an unfortunate miss.
