We love everything about this J. Mendel-anchored look, even the choice in shoe. Sure, it's the same color as the dress, but, then again, the dress has a lot going on. No need to overdo things when you have all those cutouts.

Hmmm, Miley Cyrus may have gotten her VH1 Diva look right after all. Did we just say that?
