That's right—this week marks 100 episodes of runaway racks, hot tickets, starlets, streetwalkers, bitches stealing each other's looks, obsessions, shoegasms and, of course, our favorite couture cops: Joan Rivers, Giuliana Rancic, Kelly Osbourne and George Kotsiopoulos!
