Elle Fanning and Christina Hendricks Play Hooky from Boarding School to Attend Ginger & Rosa Screening

We have no other way of explaining why Elle would be wearing a schoolgirl skirt, or Christina has a neckline that looks like it might cut off her air supply.

So, this happened.

Why Christina Hendricks is moonlighting as a substitute teacher for the Preparatory Academy for Girls is beyond us, but it's awfully nice of her to take the Head Girl to the movies.

Maybe Elle Fanning got top marks in dressage class, and this is her reward. We have no idea. All we know is that Elle is wearing a cravat, and Christina is wearing a neckline that is way too high for her, and the headmistress just called wanting to know where they are.

We're staying out of this.
