Maybe this is the invisible voter fraud we've been hearing so much about: Celebrities are printing out ballots disguised as dresses. It's ballot box stuffing disguised as a closet makeover! Somebody ask this felon for photo ID immediately!

That said, this is a dress that we ourselves would wear if we also weighed eight pounds and had boobs like two perfect fall Honeycrisps. We're not sure we'd wear it the way Katy did—with a pair of shoes that looked like Dorothy's red slippers—but wear it we would.
