Is it us, or does this dress remind you of those little silver sugar balls that Aunt Dottie puts all over her holiday sugar cookies? You know, the cookies that taste like 40-year-old baking powder and chalk dust?

You totally know what we're talking about and now come two celebs who are clearly suffering from a holiday sugar craving, in the heat of early fall.

The first starlet to wear this winter wonderland was Taylor Swift. The "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" singer paired the frothy frock with Giuseppe Zanotti pumps to an event sponsored by the Candie's Foundation in 2008. We're not sure whether the bronzy pumps clash with little sugar balls or just make them all that more magical. We leave that up to you.

Then came 30 Rock actress Katrina Bowden, who wore the same dress to the Badgley Mischka show during the Spring 2013 in New York Fashion Week this month. She added more silver shimmer with a delicate necklace and simple pumps.
