Carly Rae Jepsen Sexes Up Her Look With Animal Prints on Fashion Magazine Cover

If there's one thing we weren't expecting to see the "Call Me Maybe" bubblegum pop star wearing, it is Alexander McQueen.

She's had exactly one No. 1 U.S. radio hit, but that isn't stopping Carly Rae Jepsen from parlaying minor success into some major ink—and a chance to rock some giant designer labels.

Marvel at this new cover of Fashion magazine, in which the "Call Me Maybe" singer flaunts a fabulous Alexander McQueen bodycon dress in shades of...well, once again we're not sure if it's teal or emerald or what, but that color certainly does seem to be the hue for fall.

As reptile-inspired as that jewel-tone dress is, the pumps are all about Jepsen's feline side. They're Louboutin, because every celebrity shoe these days is either Brian Atwood or Louboutin, but we love them, too. We love the whole look, in fact. Leopard print works with snakeskin prints? Who knew? Thanks for the intel, Carly!

As for her own fave labels, Jepsen dished on that to the mag and said, "My new songs are like clothes done by Versace or Moschino…my music is bejeweled, it's colorful, it's romantic, it shines."

Can't wait to hear more when her new album, Kiss, drops on Sept. 18, but you can get your own copy of Fashion sooner when it hits stands on Sept. 10!
