Demi Moore appeared ready to face the limelight last night looking happy, healthy and über-chic at a launch for BFF Amanda de Cadenet's new show The Conversation in Beverly Hills. Of course it's not just Cadenet's baby, as Moore serves as an Executive Producer on the show.
The 49-year-old beauty—who thankfully put back on a few much needed pounds—wore a black Lanvin tuxedo jacket, black slacks and beige silk shirt.

She accented her elegant outfit with Roger Vivier heels and Lanvin jewels, including a shorter version of that fabulous eagle necklace we saw on Beyoncé last month. Lovestruck!
The Ghost star, who's known for tweeting under @MrsKutcher, showed she was ready for a fresh start when she finally tweeted to her neglected followers: "Time for a change, twitter name change...any suggestions?'"
