Tisdale was looking fit and fine in a cute pink bandeau bikini and fedora hat as she frolicked in the waves—thanks to a rigorous workout routine and a diet that only allows her to indulge in carbs one night a week!

The 26-year-old High School Musical actress was vacationing in Maui, Hawaii last week with buddies Carlos Pena and Samantha Droke.

Who wasn't there? Her Boys Like Girls lead singer beau, Martin Johnson, or BFF Vanessa Hudgens, who's currently filming Spring Breakers in Florida.
