Have you ever played the "Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon" game? What's that, you ask? It's a trivia game that is, according to Wikipedia, "based on the concept of the small world phenomenon and rests on the assumption that any individual can be linked through his or her film roles to actor Kevin Bacon within six steps."
Bacon, you see, has appeared in so many random movie and TV projects over the last three decades that it is almost impossible not to be connected to him if you work in Hollywood (Kevin has a good sense of humor about it and even started a charity based on the idea www.SixDegrees.Org).
