It's true, being a DASH Doll is a dream gig.
The ladies have the exclusive opportunity to work closely with Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian at their DASH boutique in L.A. and get a glimpse into their glamorous lives!
In addition to the awesome Kardashian connection, the girls have access to fabulous fashion and beauty trends and meet new people on a daily basis.
E! News chatted with four of the DASH Dolls, Stephanie De Souza, Durrani Popal, Caroline Burt and Taylor Cuqua, to get their perspective on the best and worst aspects of being DASH Doll!
Here are the top reasons why it's the best job in the world:
They get to work with the Kardashians: Well, obviously this one is kind of a no-brainer.
They get to make close friends: "We're so close now," says Stephanie. "It's like a sisterhood."
They get to style people: Caroline enjoys "getting to help customers and huge fans of the Kardashians feel closer to them." Durrani adds, "It's a huge honor, basically."
They get to try on the clothes: The DASH Dolls have first pick of all the clothing and accessories in the store, so they look flawless at all times. We're sure Kim definitely approves.
They get to babysit Kourtney's adorable kids: According to the Dolls, Kourtney often brings Mason Disick, Penelope Disick and Reign Disick to the store when she's working, which means the girls have ample play time with the little cuties. Now, if only North West would visit…
They have their own reality show: And what can be cooler than that? Just like their bosses, the DASH Dolls are now center stage.
But, just like in any job, there are some downsides too. Here are the worst parts of the DASH Dolls' jobs:
They have to work with a lot of girls: Stephanie says "cattiness and jealousy" can sometimes be a problem, especially when you spend so much time together.
They always have to be on their A-game: "You'll forget something and you won't even know it, but you'll get in trouble for it," Caroline says.
They have to deal with the pressure: "You're representing [the Kardashians]," Durrani says. "You have to have high standards," Taylor adds. "You need to look good, all the time," Stephanie says. Naturally.
