In the new E! series, Christina Milian Turned Up, we've seen the Milian drama up close and personal. 

One of the most dramatic parts of the show is the relationship between Danielle Milian and her new husband, Richard. They are raising two children together and have started to realize that the first year of marriage is a lot more than just playing house. Danielle has had multiple emotional breakdowns on the show over her disconnect in her relationship with Richard. 

All they need is a little more spark and a little less stress! But how?! Here are a few helpful ways to get the spark back in your own relationship! Danielle, take note. 

9. Have more confidence in yourself. You cannot make someone else happy until you're happy first.
