Lizzy Milian is Christina Milian's youngest sister and one of the leading ladies of the new E! reality series, Christina Milian Turned Up!

We recently spoke to Lizzy exclusively about her upcoming cookbook, her conversion to Judaism, Christina and her daughter Violet, Lil Wayne rumors, life advice and more!

On her upcoming cookbook, Lizzy explained, "It's actually going really well, I'm in the process of still writing things." She also mentioned that in her book her favorite recipe is actually one of Christina's recipes that she stole from her! "Only because she just learned how to cook and she's a terrible cook, so when I revise her recipes I feel like a champion," Lizzy added. She went on, "I took her lasagna and I turned it into my own lasagna, I make it into lasagna cupcakes."

According to Lizzy, the Milian family blames her for getting them fat with her signature white chocolate s'more eggrolls. Um, yum.

One of her biggest supporters is her niece, Violet Nash. "Violet loves when I make funfetti pancakes. Violet loves cake!"

Lizzy admitted she also makes ombre cakes and home made marshmallows. Amazing.

But being a chef while converting to Judaism isn't all sugar and sprinkles. "Having a kosher kitchen is not the easy thing to do, I'll tell you that. You literally label everything, you have completely separate utensils, you try to keep things at certain sides of the fridge." And while she admits she loves Christina, she added that she is terrible at keeping the kitchen kosher.

With the premiere of Christina Milian Turned Up already passed, Lizzy dished on some of the things she's nervous for viewers to see on the upcoming season.

"My sisters are pretty crazy, we got like pretty wild sometimes and those are times where I always have to ask myself like, ‘Geez what is my rabbi going to tell me later, Oh my gosh I'm going to be in so much trouble.'"

She also mentioned that she dates on this season of CMTU which she had never really done before, so doing it on television was an interesting experience! Also, surprisingly, Lizzy is just as in the dark as fans when it comes to Christina's rumored romance with Lil Wayne! "I am quite interested to see what comes out about my sister's relationship," she admitted.

And as far as getting turned up, Lizzy says, "My version of turned up is probably getting up, getting dressed, going out with your girls and dancing like no one is watching. That's pretty much what turned up is. You know, like even if you're turning up your makeup, you're going to put on your makeup like no one's watching, like everyone's going to see you though."

The Milian family didn't always have the luxurious and glamorous life that they have today, they've worked very hard over the years to reach this moment. Lizzy explained that her biggest advice for young viewers is that, "Your sisters and your family are always going to be the best people looking out for you. You should always, always, always look to your family first and keep that in mind when they're driving you crazy. My true advice though for a lot of girls is keep working hard and don't let any of the craziness get in your way."
