Khloé Kardashian Takes Kris Jenner to Court Over Favoritism, Sexy Selfies on Chelsea Lately

Chelsea Handler presides over the Keeping Up With the Kardashians stars' fictional hearing in the recurring "Judge Lately" sketch

Tired of feeling like the black sheep in her family, Khloé Kardashian decided to take her mom Kris Jenner to court on Tuesday's Chelsea Lately. Speaking before Judge Lately—aka Chelsea Handler—the 29-year-old Keeping Up With the Kardashians star listed her grievances against the 58-year-old TV star.

The mother-daughter duo feigned seriousness in the recurring sketch, which rarely resolves anything. Before the hearing began, however, Handler commented on Khloé's cleavage-baring ensemble. "Khloé, do you think that's an appropriate outfit to show up to court in?" the comedienne asked.

"I felt like I could win you over [with] a little tittie bitties," Khloé answered.

"It says here, Khloé, that you feel that your mother, Kris, spelled with a K, favors the other two sisters more than she favors you," Handler said, referring to Kim Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian.

"You know, I'm still third place. And I'm not trying to get to No. 1. I get Kim. No one can come between her golden goose," Khloé said her older sister. "But second? I mean, Kourtney's like watching paint dry. I don't really get what I have to do to win a little attention here or there."

"I agree with you. I think Kourtney is like watching paint dry," Handler said. "I mean, she's no dynamo."

"If she was third place, I'd be like, 'Okay, I get it,'" Khloé admitted. "But I'm third place."

The single star was then asked to explain why she feels her mom hates her. Before Jenner could offer a rebuttal, Khloé cut in and said, "All you do is hate on me. You hate on how tall I am, how pale I am, how blond I am. Then Kim dyes her hair blond and all of a sudden it's like the best thing in the world."

Later on in the segment, Khloé revealed another pet peeve. "My mom constantly tries to outdo me on social media by posting these ridiculous, hot, steamy, breasty pictures of herself in bikinis, with like glam, and hair, and body chains," Rob Kardahian's older sister complained. "Enough is enough!"

"Body chains?" Jenner asked, laughing at the accusation. "What are you talking about?" Handler then presented the defendant with evidence proving that Khloé indeed was telling the truth.
