Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino and his abs are being sued by his ex-manager. Gotham NYC Entertainment is alleging that The Situation "wrongfully dumped" them after they took him from "relative obscurity" to stardom. Apparently Sorrentino was supposed to give his manager 30 days notice if he wanted out of his contract, but he got ramped up and decided that they were guilty of not doing anything for him. He also claims that they did "more harm than good" to his career. No, that was Jersey Shore. Gotham believes that they helped to make The Situation "the first male reality superstar." Wrong again.
