Stewart Volland/BravoThintervention host Jackie Warner chatted with People.com about her new show. The trainer is pretty tough on her clients, but she says that it's necessary to tear them down in order to "build them back up." I've seen the way she yells at people while they exercise, and I don't like it. There's really nothing worse than having your trainer scream at you, which is why I let my Pilates instructor live with me. She knows if she raises her voice, she'll no longer reside in a house with a pool and a fully stocked bar...complete with a bartender. Warner also said that one of her "dream clients" would be Lindsay Lohan. She feels like a good trainer would really turn Lindsay's life around. That's a nice gesture, but I don't think food is the thing that Lindsay likes to binge on.
